Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ALDO purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear or accessories back into their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
